He was consistently at my beck and call when I was under pressure to exchange by our vendor. He dealt with their estate agent’s effectively and provided me with kind reassurance when the vendor threatened to re-list his property. He helped connect our buyer with the appropriate lender, ensuring the sale, and chased up their solicitors to get contracts exchanged by our vendor’s deadline. We decided that we wanted to move, but didn't know who to put our house on the market with, or where we wanted to move to. We had 3 agents out, who all said to put our house on for roughly the same. We then saw a house we liked online and made an appointment to go and view, and that was when we met Mohammed from Edward Knight, this wasn't an agency I was familiar with. Mohammed, from the first time we met was SO passionate, professional and knowledgeable about the housing market in our area. The house we viewed wasn't for us, however he asked if ours was on the market yet, we said we were just about to, and he pleaded with us for him to come and value it. Mohammed said we could get much more than the other agents had suggested, which shocked us, but Mohammed was sure. Ours went on with Edward Knight, and in the first weekend we sold for £35k more than the other agents had advised. He even told me that the guy who offered, would be our buyer, before he had even viewed, as he knew it was exactly what he was looking for. Mohammed then showed us a wonderful house, in a location we hadn't previously considered. And we had an offer accepted. Unfortunately the vendors proved to be rather difficult, even though Mohammed and the sales chasers at Edward Knight did everything they could. But it was not to be. The day after we pulled out of that sale, a house came on with another agent, in the new location Mohammed had introduced to, we bought that house and moved in 6 months ago. I know estate agents have a bad reputation, but I can honestly say that Mohammed really is different, it doesn't seem like a job to him, more like a passion. He took so much time in understanding what we were looking for in a house, and genuinely cared! Very highly recommended!

I'm not usually one for reviews but given the level of service provided by this estate agent I had to. I was personally dealing with Mo, who took us to view properties over the course of two weekends. Not at one point did he ever make you feel like he was trying to rush you and get a quick sale. He was very informative, took his time to answer all our questions and deal with any other issues we had. Given this will be the biggest financial investment for most people, the property game needs more people like Mohammed.
