Marie’s remarkable work ethic We were with another agent for 6 months, they showed know interest or drive to sell our house. We decided to go with a different agent. We went with Marie from fine and Country Marie had the drive and a different outlook on the selling of our home . She booked one open day for potential buyers to view, on that day we had a disaster, a water leak!!! (we were away at the time) Marie not only sold our house in it’s worst state , she helped with the clean up !! We were kept informed all the way through out the sale of our home . Great property purchase with Fine & Country Northampton! Marie facilitated the purchase and made the process unbelievable smooth. We bought our house through Marie at Fine and Country Northampton. We actually met Marie whilst viewing another property but we can honestly say we were impressed by her knowledge, diligence and cooperation on the first viewing. We then came across Marie for our eventual house, recently bought and she has proved responsive, honest and helpful throughout our end buying process and we feel she was fundamental to pushing through the completion in time not only to meet the stamp duty deadline but also prior to the birth of our son. One of the frustrations in house buying can be chasing a chain, Marie took this role on and kept us updated and helped to ensure movement between agents, buyers, sellers and conveyancers occurred. Having encountered a few agents during our search we can honestly say Marie was fantastic. She always gave us confidence and on the rare occasions she might not have known the answer she sought out the answer swiftly, often within an hour or so. We have certainly been impressed by Fine and Country-Northampton and would certainly think about using them in the future.

Kelly really helped the purchase of this property go through at great pace. We had 2 agents visit our house to carry out an appraisal and give us a valuation. The first agent informed us straight away to expect to settle for less than asking as this was common practice currently. The agent objected about COVID-19 and gave every reason why we should expect a rough ride. The senior gentleman who had been there and got the t-shirt in the estate agent world skimmed through our house and arrived at a valuation quickly. He went on to point out that many people were working from home and marketing would be hindered. Marie Fritz from Fine & Country was the next agent to appraise our house and wow what a different approach. Marie was from the outset self-assured and highly polished. We compared her to the Duracell bunny as she has unlimited energy. Marie offered highly professional marketing immediately with added modern ideas such as Facebook live. Fine & Country requested a contribution to the marketing which was unusual but ultimately it felt like we were in it together. The photos were amazing. Marie does not hesitate to arrange things as she sees fit, highly confident of what viewers on the extremely large variety of portals F&C use. Your house even gets shown in the shop window of Park Lane London, which we found enthralling. The viewings came thick and fast and were always accompanied. Much time taken to demonstrate the details of our home. No question too small to answer. It was not long that we had a buyer who made a very good offer, I will stress that it was over asking unlike the prediction from the more senior estate agent who had too many years of experience to mention. The whole process went smooth from start to finish. The fees are slightly higher than others but if you want unbound energy and someone available to talk to 24/7 via WhatsApp groups or phone. If you want honesty and complete trust and confidence, then Marie Fritz and Fine & Country is the agent for serious movers.
