I'd like to write a review because my husband and l are so impressed with the service we received from Homemade Estate Agents. From day one when we viewed the property the agent who's name l believe is Alan showed us around the property and he was so nice. He had to travel from Northampton to show the property on time. He allowed us time to look around instead of the usual 5 minutes you usually get. He was able and willing to answer all our questions and our offer was promptly accepted. We were then passed onto the lovely Paula and again, she's been superb. She's sent us reminders when needed and kept us to speed where necessary which was much appreciated as this is our first BTL property so very nerve-wracking. Both Alan and Paula have made the whole process so straightforward. We completed last week and were over the moon. We both highly recommend Homemade and wish them continued success going forward. Fantastic Team, always helpful and happy. Our move was not straight forward but the team went above and beyond to make sure we did not lose the house we wanted to buy. They have great patience, answer all your calls and keep you updated on the progress. Al came to value our house, from that moment we were in safe hands. He did everything to accommodate us. Ryan came and took lovely photos and offered to come back and retake them if we were not satisfied, no need they were perfect. House sold in 1 day, offer accepted on the house we wanted to purchase. However, we did have an issue out of everyone's control. Al and his team supported us and our buyers throughout a very stressful period. Paula was always there to support us, taking very tearful calls from myself but everything was out of everyone's control as we had a C1 on the property so we had to wait for the government to remove this. The team liaised with all necessary parties to ensure the chain was not broken. Hayden, thankyou for spending time for us to keep viewing the property and measure so many times! We are so grateful to all the team and thankyou for making our dream come true. Definitely would recommend.

They are professional knowledgeable responsive and at all time honest and clear. they have a personal touch to their management of the sales process. I depended on their knowledge to sell the properties and to manage the Conveyancing process. Their communication and management of the process was excellent, always updating to keep me posted on progress and advising when to push Solicitors to take action. Without their drive and professional management of the sales of the two properties I know that sales would have failed. I can't recommend them highly enough . Home Move will look after you and secure best deal and manage on time. Many agents and Solicitors could learn from HomeMove.

Home Move achieved in one week what 2 inferior estate agents couldn’t manage in a year. I cannot speak highly enough of the service provided by Home Move. We were blown away by their level of professionalism and they genuinely care about you and your property, something that we have found lacking in other local Agents. Paula spent nearly 2 hours with us taking photographs and ensuring that our house was shown off in its best light. The write up was fantastic and really captured the essence of the space and not just a “radiator here, door there” approach. We felt that Paula really took the time to get to know our house and the local area right down to driving the journeys to local schools to see how long it would take. We received details of every upcoming visit and very detailed feedback after every viewing. With previous Agents, when weekend viewings were arranged we were left to show customers the house as there were no agents working. Not with Home Move, every viewing was done by Paula or Alan personally regardless of weekend or late night viewings. We had an offer after a week (the property had been for sale for nearly a year) and we firmly believe this had everything to do with their personal touch.
