The bad old days of Lenwell are behind us. With Leaders we have a very Proactive, Commercially minded and Dedicated Manager in Jolanta. It is a shame that Company Policy Precludes her offering a complete Landlord Service, due to the extortionate fees required for a single room or flat. When they exceed a months rental for a Finders Service and holding the deposit they become noncompetitive..

Lenwell have managed our portfolio of 8 properties in Northampton for more than 20 years now. That should tell you something in itself as we are very demanding and want things just right for us and tenants alike. During that time I think the longest any property has been empty is one week, again that says it all. I would like to think our properties are of good quality which no doubt helps but I find whenever contracts are reviewed or renewed rent levels form part of that process and their expertise in this regard helps significantly. For our part we organise our own gas and electric checks but Lenwell offer this service so you don’t even need to worry about finding contractors, gaining access etc. Similarly they have a rapid response maintenance team on hand for peace of mind. I cannot praise Tatjana and Viktorija at the Northampton office highly enough for their attention and professionalism. Absolutely first class . Certainly no thoughts of moving 👍.
