Lucy Alan estate agents were fantastic from start to finish. It can be a stressful time purchasing your first home, and you can feel pretty clueless to it all, but they made the whole experience feel very easy going. Both Lucy and Alan were super reliable throughout, always on the other end of the phone if we needed anything, and very personable. The whole process went very smoothly, and on the day of completion they gave us some lovely gifts, which was such a nice touch. We’d highly recommend them, and would most definitely work again with them in the future if we look to moving at any point.

Lucy and Alan were fantastic. They really understood our property and how to showcase it to prospective buyers, we were impressed with the quality of the photography and the descriptions online. They were really helpful with valuations and organising viewings to suit our schedules and when showing people around, made sure to double check on details instead of making answers up. Whilst our chain was hampered by things outside of our control, Lucy and Alan kept us updated and importantly kept talking to the chain and our solicitors to keep things moving, we felt they were in our corner and fighting to keep the chain alive. I would not hesitate one bit to recommend Lucy Alan estate agents. We primarily dealt with Alan for for our first time purchase. Nothing was ever too much trouble - he was patient and cooperative throughout the whole process and even turned up at the house with the keys and a bottle of champagne! If you are looking for a personal touch when buying or selling then this is the estate agent for you. I liked the consistency of dealing with the same person throughout - it helped settle my nerves and gave me huge reassurance. I really recommend Lucy Alan Estate Agents, from start to finish they was very helpful and could talk to them at any time which took any pressure away. As this was my first time selling a house and didn't know what to expect or even do and was very upsetting as was my parents home and the house I grew up in. But there was never any issues with Lucy, just harassment from other estate agents, this estate agents are first class and would definitely recommend too anyone.
