As a tenant, they have always been very quick to repair anything broken in the flat. Even a non-essential light fitting was looked at and replaced within 10 days. They were also quick to get my broken washing machine sorted! Can't really fault them in that regard! Communications are always swift and professional. My only quibble would be the high admin charges every time the lease renews! I'm sure it's industry standard though!
