We were so nervous about listing after being in the house 23 years, Steph was the most calming, professional (yet inexperienced in estate agency) and friendly person we needed at that time, she personally did the viewings at all the properties we looked at and really knew what we were looking for as a family. Matt the branch manager was awesome in escalating the delays with the bottom of the chain and getting exchange done quickly. Lois kept us in the loop and we must give credit to key conveyancing who worked effortlessly and professionally throughout. Oscar James Estate Agents are simply the best we have ever instructed. From taking professional photos and videos, to marketing our house on various property and social media platforms, they didn't leave a stone left unturned. They also use an automated booking system which sent me a text and an email to confirm appointments. In particular, Steph was simply brilliant.
