With so many agents to choose from when selling your home, you could be fooled into thinking they are all the same. I’m absolutely thrilled that we chose Richard Greener and can confirm they are unlike any other agency I’ve used before. Not only did our house sell to the first buyers, Matthew did exactly as promised and carefully managed the sale from offer right through to completion. He provided regular updates so we always knew what was going on and he went above and beyond in managing the relationship with solicitors for all parties and with other agents in the chain. We had a relatively stress free sales process which was almost entirely due to his professional management from beginning to end. All agents promise this but rarely deliver it! I recommend Richard Greener without reservation. Thanks so much to the whole team

After a couple of failed attempts to get a sale to conclusion using another estate agent, Richard Greener priced the property correctly and actually pro-actively sold the property rather than relying just on Rightmove. In a sluggish chain (all the solicitors and other estate agent) they kept things moving and finally got a conclusion. Having used a number of estate agents in the past I would heartily recommend Richard Greener over and above any other estate agent in the Northamptonshire area

We had a difficult time selling our house in 2016 with a significant number of sales falling through. Richard Greener, our estate agents, were fantastic and supported us all the way, I really felt they were sympathetic and fighting on our behalf. It was a refreshing change to deal with an estate agent that listened to our point of view. We ended up buying through Richard Greener as well, again because they listened and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and didn't over contact with properties that didn't fit the brief. I have recently rented a flat with Richard greener, I've Idealt with Ryan mostly but all have been helpful and can not compliment them enough. I have picked up a number of small things within the first week and not only is their communication very good, but they resolved the issues unbelievably quick. Our eventual sale became very complicated due to problems with the chain but they worked tirelessly to ensure we got the outcome we wanted - a sold house! In my capacity as Associate Partner of Greener Rentals, I wish to respond to Mr Confue's criticism below. On his first occasion of renting through our agency, upon vacation the property required cleaning to return it to its original condition and a broken bed required replacement. In accordance with Tenancy Deposit legislation, there is no tolerance for lack of cleanliness and the total charge for dilapidations was £286.36. There were no maintenance issues reported during this tenancy. Nine months later Mr Confue applied to our agency to rent another property so clearly he had no major grievances. On vacation, cleaning was required again, removal of chattels and rubbish bags, there were broken Smeg fridge door shelves and a freezer compartment door. The total charge for the dilapidations was £300. We patiently awaited return of the roller garage door key which was returned almost two weeks after vacation preventing a further deduction of £93. With regard to maintenance issues, a blocked toilet was attended to, drains unblocked, a hot water problem reported and a boiler switch replaced during the 18 month tenancy and there were no delays in addressing these issues once access was granted. No further problems were reported. Mr Confue chose to write his adverse review rather than taking the time to register his dispute with the Independent Case Examiner of the Dispute Service Ltd for independent arbitration.
