I’ve had the best experience with the team, especially from Sam & Lauro! They have made such a stressful process run so smoothly & with ease. Simpsons were the selling estate agent in my recent transaction and I dealt with Lauro for the duration of this. I have to say, considering his duty was to my vendors, he put in a tremendous amount of time and effort to ensure all sides and solicitors were finally working together after a long drawn out process. It's fair to say i may still not be moved if Lauro didn't work with such commitment. I hope to stay in my new home for a long time but if/when i decide to move again, Lauro and Simpsons will be the first place I look when I need an estate agent.

Selling our house hasn’t been the most straightforward of processes due to issues within the chain but Lauro has been great with all communication throughout what can be a very stressful process. I cannot recommend Simpson & Partners enough to sell your property.

until Lauro joined Simpsons, the communication was at best occasional, often initiated by me. frequent staff changes and the ones there being off on a regular basis lead to an unprofessional service. he was willing to phone and chase solicitors regularly to attempt to complete our sale. i suspect that previously the staff were overstretched and over pressurised and then left. at least now, with Lauro there, dialogue between sellers, buyers and legal representatives should be ok.
