From start to finish, they went above and beyond to ensure our journey was as easy and as less stressful as possible. We would not have been able to cope / deal with it all without them. Being first time buyers, we really needed that extra help and guidance and we were given this 100%. Natalie responded to all questions and emails almost instantly and kept me updated through-out whilst pushing to get exchange and completion done as quickly as she could for us. We do not know how we could’ve done any of this without her! The hugest thank you in the world 🙏🏻😁

They were always ready with answers and a friendly voice and easy explanations (because house buying and legal jargon is confusing) and I felt supported every step of the way.
Because of covid and various other complications (from other parties) my purchase process was not a quick or easy ride, but everyone at Shared Ownership Shop did everything they could to help the process get over the line for me....even going way beyind their remit at times to help me out.

Tyler helped in the first instance, explaining what will happen once we’d been accepted for the house and making sure we understood what would happen from day 1... Harry was on hand to let us into the house when we needed to measure up (and show the parents around!)-can’t thank him enough for his patience, we had him running back and forth quite a bit over the past few months! ...and Natalie was an absolute super star in ensuring everything went through efficiently.
