I've been with A&Co for a year and for the period they have been my letting agents, I could not fault them. They have been exceptionally friendly and responsive. Having rented in Norwich for 5 years, I can safely say that they are one of the best agents I've been with. Extra gold star for Amy and Zach, who I've directly dealt with most. After a few issues with the property/landlord during our time renting with Alexander & Co, I have had to bother Amy plenty of times! Amy has been helpful, prompt and communicative - when she has been held up by the landlord, she has been efficient, and done everything she can to actually fix the problem. Also, super helpful when it's come to the end of tenancy, helped us with moving in regards to flexibility and dates, and supported us when raising issues and ensuring everything has gone smoothly.

Fantastic service from the whole team, Amy who handled our tenancy application was especially helpful, very welcoming and professional. The task of finding a rental was initially quite daunting as we were living out of an AirBNB and needed to get fixed up quickly, on top of which the demand from other prospective tenants was exceptionally high, however Amy reassured us and helped us to get a wonderful house that really suited our requirements within one week.

had the absolute pleasure of working with amy when i was looking to move into a new house. she was so lovely and always quick and willing to answer any questions i had. i applied for my new house and was moved in a few weeks later, and was even gifted a welcome package with discounts for home websites and cleaning products and toiletries. she went absolutely above and beyond for me and my housemate and i hope to be working with her when it comes to housing for a long time in the future. she’s an absolute credit to the company.
