D. R.Brilliant estate agency. I recently instructed BMA estates to manage my property, after becoming fed up with the ridiculous fees and poor service from other estates agencies. They were quick to find tenants and started the agreement with minimal fuss. The property required major work at short notice which they were able to complete for me at a great price and in time before the new tenants moved in. Since, they have managed the property efficiently and any maintenance work is done at a fair price.

J.They are okay, I suppose. Have lots of property available for students and professionals but getting agents to show you around can be a bit of a hassle and a tad unsatisfying as everything can be so rushed. The agents are on a clock to show the property, or different properties, to as many people as possible, and you sometimes feel like you are delaying them when you want to take more time or ask further questions.
Their office is easy to locate though, smack in the centre of town, but there's no personal touch to service. At least, I felt none.
