Chewton Rose are one of the best! My experience with this estate agent so far has been fantastic. Our home was valued by Joanne (a fabulous estate agent) who noticed all the big and small details in our property and was able to give us a fair valuation there and then. Since the valuation I have called the office several times and have always been able to get through to the friendly voice of Rebecca who can answer any question I throw at her! Ive been left feeling confident to go forward with this estate agent when the time is right to sell... Chewton Rose feel that little bit more premium and extra special to market your property.

Chewton Rose were so helpful right from the start. Annie came to the house and took all our details and left us feeling confident that our sale would be handled professionally and with enthusiasm. A lovely brochure for our property was produced and a steady supply of potential buyers were sent to view. Once we had an offer Chewton Rose were so pleased for us and continued to monitor things for us which, as things turned out, was invaluable as we had the most protracted and drawn out sale. I recently purchased a property in Fleggburgh, Norfolk which was marketed by the Norwich Branch of Chewton Rose. I am pleased to report that all my dealings with that office was everything you would wish as a buyer. I dealt mainly with Rosie Palgrave Moore and sometimes with Joanne Pennells. Both members of staff were very professional and efficient. All my queries were dealt with either on the telephone or by email and they always responded promptly and showed a genuine interest in my enquiries. I spoke on the telephone to Rosie several times and her customer care was exceptional. I know that they liaised with my own solicitor to assist in bringing the completion of my purchase at the earliest possible opportunity as I requested. It is a shame I never met either of them personally so I could say thank you to them both. They are a credit to the company and they are highly recommended.
