The sale of my property was extraordinarily fast, so that was easy, yet the exchange took forever (due to solicitors). Gilson Bailey were brilliant. Gemma who I dealt with continued to keep me informed, chased regularly and kept things running as quickly as possible. Her communication was brilliant and as well as dealing with the whole chain, she helped keep the developers of the new build I was trying to reserve in the loop too. Outstanding all round! Gemma was amazing, from initial house hunting, negotiating with sellers, solicitor back and forth drama - to completion and keys today!! We cannot recommend Gilson bailey in Brundall highly enough, in particular the service we received from Gemma. True to its reputation, our move was exceedingly stressful but Gemma was there at every stage performing over and above your average estate agent, trying her utmost to get the sale through as soon as was humanly possible.
