Jackson-Stops receive a five star rating from us, based on our experience of purchasing our new home in Norfolk through them. Jonathan was professional, efficient and worked hard to keep the process moving and ensure the process ran smoothly. Our main dealings were with Jonathan who responded promptly to any communication we had with him and handled the sale and purchase process smoothly and efficiently from beginning to end. We felt so positively about our experience of Jackson-Stops and Jonathan that we would use him without hesitation next time we were looking to sell another property of our own. We have had many experiences of estate agents over the years and we would recommend Jackson-Stops without hesitation. Jackson-Stops would be the top of our list when looking for an estate agent in the future. In our opinion they have the essential ingredients required of a good professional estate agent.

I am highly recommending Jackson Stopps of Norwich, my first interaction, was a call back from Jonathan quite late the same day I contacted them, very impressed. I met with Jonathan and Yvonne shortly after meeting several other similar positioned companies. I felt very comfortable working with Jonathan and Yvonne from the moment I met them both. My sale, I thought, would be quite challenging and would take some time, however, not so, I was so very impressed with their attention to the brief, their marketing strategy, and how they progressed every interaction with potential buyers. Such was the management of this, that we secured a sale at a value we were happy with in a relatively short space of time with a relatively small number of viewings. The whole process was managed so well by them that the impact on our lives was very minimal, all viewings were handled by either Jonathan or Yvonne or in some cases both. Moving house is stressful enough at the best of times, but when you are moving hundreds of miles away to area you hardly know, with time constraints pressing, and during a pandemic... you had better hope you find a great estate agent to help you. Jonathan and his team at Jackson-Stops Norwich were exactly that, knowledgable, kind, professional, and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble, nothing was a silly question, and importantly we were never made to feel that we were a nuisance( please note not all estate agents manage that). I first got in contact with Jonathan from Jackson Stops when I became involved in the sale of my elderly Nana's house to try and ease the burden somewhat. As someone that has little experience in selling a house as I've not sold one of my own yet, the whole process can seem quite daunting. Jonathan was never more than a phone call away and was extremely efficient & helpful in his replies to any queries we may have had (There were lots!). Nothing was too much trouble and we all know moving house is stressful at the best of times!
