We recently bought our house through KT Estate Agents. Whilst we have experienced the service of several different agents as a buyer, KT have by far been the best! Ellie and the team surpassed our expectations. They were always extremely helpful, very quick to respond and were so efficient at getting updates and chasing the relevant parties to ensure a quick turnaround. Ellie and the team were a key part in pushing our purchase through to completion within just over 6 weeks, during what has to be said has been a very busy period for the housing market. We would like to once again say a big thank you to all the team and would highly recommend their services to anyone in future.

KT estate is a great estate agent for selling your property. They only have three staffs but they all seem to have the knowledge of your property. They have been on it in selling your property from day one, and they pushes very hard to help you find the right buyer in the shortest amount of time in comparison with others. They have gone way over and above expectations, keeping everything moving forwards, providing regular updates throughout. Fantastic help and support from Becky, Ellie and Kelly at KT Estate Agents in handling the sale of our property, going way over and above with the service provided. We were kept very well informed throughout, with very quick turn around on questions asked by email or phone. Sadly, despite KT successfully finding a buyer for our property twice during our journey, the vendor of the property that we were buying pulled out and the chain collapsed. Kelly, Ellie and Becky were brilliant. Kellie was very professional on the initial visit, keen to understand our requirements and was willing to listen to our opinions and not just price the house to sell quickly. Ellie was amazing with negotiations actually securing a price above expectations. Becky kept us informed throughout the chain completion process and chased solicitors and agents efficiently. KT Estate agents were absolutely amazing with our house sale. Having used a so called "bigger" company first who were useless, from the first moment I met Kelly I felt a real confidence that they would sell our house and they didn't disappoint. Their communication was excellent and they couldn't have done more for us. Even after the sale all the work they done speaking to the relevant parties and solicitors was amazing. Poor old Ellie must have been sick of me calling her day in and out, but they did so much to help us. Superb service from all the girls at KT. They put us at ease from the first minute we walked in to their office. Kelly’s attention to detail in producing sales particulars and photos was excellent. Ellie was fantastic in all dealings with her and when we lost our buyer due to Covid acted very quickly to find a replacement within 1 day!! Post sale, Becky also fab in keeping us updated on progress. Estate agents can get a rough reputation but I absolutely have no hesitation in recommending KT Estate agents.

Where do I start? Simply AMAZING! I do not know what I would of done with our KT Estate agents. Moving house can be very stressful and my recent experience sadly was but not due to any fault from Kt estate agents. I found the whole team, Kelly, Ellie and Becky so helpful and supportive. They really went the extra mile to make a stressful situation better and found solutions. Becky , Ellie and the team at K T Estate agents have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I moved house on 24th September and without their guidance, help and support at every stage i honestly do not know where i would have been.
