I have started a new tenancy managed by Martin & Co and I'm very pleased with their customer service. Since the time the viewing was arranged until the completion of tenancy setup, I have interacted with them on email, phone and in person. Every interaction has been positive, transparent and attended fully. Even though I was talking to 3 people Gemma, Bria and Emily on different days, they worked in tandem to give me a courteous, consistent experience handing-over from one another which was a delight. I truly appreciate their service and hope to work them again in the future.

5* Excellent service - thorough, conscientious and friendly. I've been renting my house through Martin & Co while working overseas for the last 2+ years and they take the worry and stress out of renting the property. There have been minor repairs and subsequent insurance claims that have needed to be handled and they have organised the repairs and liaised with the insurance company on my behalf, which makes life so much easier, especially with time differences.
