Big thank you to Minor’s and Brady Norwich store. Joe and Chris were super nice and helpful, Kirsten in marketing was very efficient and friendly. Joe and Jack in sales were very professional. Lauren N in after-sales was lovely, a real people person! Amber who showed the house to the buyers was also excellent - very friendly and professional. The whole experience was great. Highly recommended.

We sold our house through Minors and Brady. The sale was made tricky solely on account of our buyer's solicitor. Rosie was outstanding. She is fearless, tenacious and extremely responsive. I am entirely sure that but for her constant interventions we would still be waiting for the sale to complete. She returns your calls within minutes, sends emails on your instructions immediately and keeps you constantly updated. She has my total respect and admiration. I have sold a number of houses in the past - never before have I felt so looked after and supported by an estate agent. Take my advice - instruct Minors and Brady - they are head and shoulders above any other estate agent I have had dealings with.

Bought our house through Minors and Brady recently with Rosie supporting us throughout what should have been a relatively straightforward forward process.
