After initially deciding to be on the market I dealt with Lee and Charlie and they couldn’t have been more helpful and kind. They’re are hundreds of estate agents on the high street all wanting your business and promising you a 5 start treatment. I like others have been let down with 5 start talk and 1 star treatment so was cautious this time round. After all house buying and selling is stressful enough without those who will ultimately take your hard earned money regardless. Minors & Brady have done what they said and more. From the initial meeting and chat. The pictures that are put out there are going to make the difference between people wanting to come through the door or passing onto the next property regardless of how nice or not your home is! Fact. First class job done. So good within hours of the pictures and details posted I was having viewings booked. Sold in 6 days. No hassle no grief all expertly managed and constant updates. I cannot fault the company thus far. This is where most fall down especially once agents have secured the sale. But I know exactly where things are every week. I would like to praise Abi McIntosh. I recently viewed a property with Minors & Brady with Ollie Newson. Ollie was very personable, approachable, engaging and really took the time to get to know what I was looking for from my next home. He was very knowledgeable about the property and extremely professional in his approach, able to link details of the property to what I was looking for. We have just completed on our first property purchase, it's can be very confusing and Jasmine was amazing in keeping us up to date. I honestly could not recommend minors and Brady enough. We viewed the flat four times and they were repsonsive and accomodating for all the requests at short notice. They would guarantee a call back within a certain period of time (we fully understand they are balancing multiple properties/customers); however, we would go hours and sometimes days past the given time frame before hearing from them and would often have to reach out to chase them ourselves. Once our offer was accepted, we moved on to the Sales Progression team. The first progressor we encountered appeared to misinform us on multiple occasions. We were led to believe all other chain parties were ready to complete and felt pressured to do the same (despite the Progressor being aware we were waiting on the completion of necessary paperwork in order for this to be possible); we felt pressured and uncomfortable and then discovered this was not the case and in fact other chain members were also not yet ready. Later in the process once we were ready we were advised contracts for other Buyers/Sellers had been signed; this also turned out to be untrue and had then given us false hope and a misinterpretation of the time scale we may be looking at. We were also discouraged by our first progressor from having direct contact with our seller. However, after such a lack of communication and increase in misinformation we decided that this would be the best option; it allowed us the regular contact and easy access to information that we needed. Chloe was the progressor who took over our sale towards the back end of the process and she was absolutely amazing! Chloe was easy to reach, stayed in contact regularly and gave honest and realistic updates. We really felt that Chloe sympathised with our situation and gave it everything she had to get our completion finalised. Once Chloe took over we had the keys within 3 or so weeks and whilst we know some of this will be due to the process drawing to a close; there were multiple complications towards the end of our purchase and we felt that Chloe did everything in her power to make things work for us and keep us updated on each step along the way. We honestly cannot thank Chloe enough for the work she put in for us over the time she took over our Purchase. She made us feel valued and informed during a very stressful time. She is most definitely an asset to the Minors and Brady team. Our overall experience was poor however our 4 star rating is based on the amazing service we received from her. If we were rating Chloe alone it would have been a straight 5 stars! Unfortunately that's not possible and we can't totally ignore the experience we had in other areas of the business. But again, huge thank you to Chloe we could have come away feeling very differently if it wasn't for you. Absolute star!

Wow, what can I say....I've always said Estate agents don't do a lot for the commission/fees they earn and that's 100% how I felt after dealing with other EA's in Norwich but Minors & Brady have changed my opinion for sure! Lee Mortier is one of a kind and I can't praise him enough for making every part of this journey stress free & personal - Thank you! I found a property I loved and the same day they arranged a viewing for me (Amazing!). Of course I loved it and put in an offer immediately. Of course I needed to sell my property and I agreed to do this via M&B so we could keep both the sale and purchase in the same EA. The following day Joe was able to visit and value my property. I was met with the most friendly and bubbly guy. We had a lovely chat, got on well and he adapted himself to my level which was great. I don't like the generic corporate sales techniques that most EA's give off and I didn't get this at all. Joe your friendliness and sense of humour was great! Less than 24 hours later I was visited for photos by Will who did the most awesome photoshoot of the house and was super friendly. We had a great chat and again was very relatable and really knew what he was doing. He even helped me move some bulky items around so we could get the best photos. After this Will even text me a link to all the photos so I could take a look before the advert went live. A further 24 hours later the advert was put together by Lexy and I had a couple of adjustments to make, she did these within 5 mins and reverted back with final copy. The brochure and write up was amazing and within minutes this was live on Rightmove (Friday 5pm). By Friday at 5:30 I had 3 viewings for the next day and on Saturday morning I had a back to back diary 11am - 5:30pm of constant viewings which was great! I decided to conduct the viewings myself and within 19 hours of the RightMove advert going live I had my first offer - amazing! Monday morning Lee followed up with me and I ended up with 8 offers to choose from! Lee was supportive throughout the whole process, he pushed things along, advised me and also done all the leg work to ensure things moved as quick as possible. Even on the day of viewings he was emailing me constantly with updates and we kept in contact. I have never had to wait longer than 15 minutes for an email response from Lee which is great when I was wanting to move as fast as possible. I've had a very positive experience with Minors & Brady. They were not even my agents but the vendor's agents. However, I felt that they were treating me as one of their clients. The whole thing took almost 11 months. If it had not been for Cassandra Creak, everything would have fallen through a long time ago. However, Cass showed persistence, rarely seen nowadays. Cass was chasing other professionals involved (chain of 5 properties) and then keeping in touch on a regular basis. Even when there was no news, she'd call to have a catch up chat to say, we are still waiting. I'd often go to Cass for information as even my solicitors (not related to M&B) would not communicate as well as Cass did. There was a lot of tension towards the end of the deal and Cass mediated with the other parties, to ensure that the deal does not collapse at the end. I've occasionally spoken to other members of staff, who'd pick up the phone, when Cass has been busy. They've always been very pleasant and helpful. They'd take a message for Cass and it seems that all messages were passed in a very timely manner. It also felt that they had an idea of who I was, which is positive as it did not make me feel I'd have to explain myself over and over again. Highly recommended! As I said, I was not even their client but they treated me as one! Thank you guys you are truly amazing!

I was recommended M&B by a close friend. So expectations were high. Needless to say, they met them throughout the whole process. Unfortunately, due to the stamp duty and some bad solicitors (whats new?), the property took a long time to sell. However, without my Sales Progressor, Sarah Short, I'm 100% confident that it would have fallen through. Due to living in America I was restricted in how much I could call my solicitors and property managers, this was not a problem though, as Sarah contacted them throughout. So… I never write reviews but I felt like this was necessary. I have just exchanged on my purchase and sale and I honestly cannot recommend Minors & Brady enough! Jack Deeley was amazing and made the whole process feel super easy. I was really nervous about selling and buying at the same time as everyone always says how difficult it is, and I’d had some bad experiences with my previous purchase with an estate agent, but Jack honestly made it a breeze. My house was sold within 4 days of first putting it on the market and the whole process from start to finish was only a matter of weeks. This was a completely different experience to what I’d had before buying and selling houses! Even when we had some issues right at the last hurdle with some paperwork, Jack was there to chase and resolve with solicitors, and followed everything through with complete dedication and efficiency. I genuinely felt like Jack went the extra mile every step of the way – even coming to my house to collect keys for surveys etc because I wasn’t able to with my work schedule. Emma was also really lovely and helped with various bits throughout, and she also helped keep me calm throughout the whole process! I honestly don’t believe you can find another letting agent that is as good as Laurence Gage. We first viewed a house with Laurence that we really liked, but unfortunately fell through. After that we kept looking and unfortunately were let down by 3 other letting agencies. Which was the typical I’ll find out more information and get back to you. And of course they never did. However I found another house and was led straight back to Laurence. Who immediately helped straight away. He was always responsive and quick to help answer any concerns I had. Even going the extra mile when Boris announced the second lockdown. I emailed him with my concerns late in the evening, and he still responded and kept me updated all weekend. I can hand on heart say he’s a credit to his team, and worth his weight in gold. We’ve been through a fair few letting agents and none came even close to the service and care that Laurence provides. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Did not buy a property from minors and brady, I only used the mortgage advisor. The sales staff however were from polite and friendly. Molly the mortgage advisor came well recommended. I used her services twice during 2019, both occasions were for renewals on buy to let mortgages which were coming off a fixed rate. Molly made the whole process simple and efficient. I got excellent deals on both properties. I highly recommend Minors and Brady.
