We rented for over 6 years through this agency. Easily the best agency we have come across in Norwich. We found them to be very professional , quick to act when necessary, fair-minded and very genuine. A really friendly group too.....a pleasure to deal with.

I rented a property through this estate agents from late 2021 to 2022. At the start of the tenancy they were very organised and quick with sorting out the tenancy agreements. Once we ended our tenancy with no property issues, they returned our full deposit quickly. We left the property on Friday morning & received their decision email on the next Monday morning. NAA gave us the feeling of dealing with a family orientated, local business who try to balance the rights & responsibilities between landlords & tenants.
