Excellent professional friendly service from start to finish. I had a buyer within a couple of weeks of going 'live' with Pendefords. Lucy kept in touch the whole time with updates as to how the sale was progressing and was more than helpful in suggesting solicitors, storage and removal companies. The term 'bespoke service' is so often used these days but all of our dealings with Lucy at Pendefords went beyond this. Lucy was very patient and accommodating and were it not for her encouragement to come and visit the property we would not be living in what has become our new beautiful home.
