I have been with Prolet 15 years and my rented property has been maintained well...I have only ever asked for minor repairs which were dealt with., As a tenant i have also in my opinion met them halfway by decorating and odd (personal) maintainance kept the property in good condition. I am happy to do this as it's my responsibility to up keep it in a good condition. They are responsive to any request I may have. I comply with all checks they ask for and am happy and willing to allow work to be taken out without me being present as a matter of trust and course. It is two way thing.... After reading some of the truly negative and awful reviews I do not understand why.... I think some of todays students future tenants just expect everything they want just by snapping their fingers..... it doesn't work like that... being polite and enquiring or asking rather than demanding is a matter of respect. I am happy with Prolet and happy to recommend them....

I've been with Prolet for 5 years now, from 2012-2017. It will be sad leaving them when I move out after university is over! We have never had any problems, but whenever we have phoned over anything at all (i.e. burnt out light bulbs or small things) they have given us helpful advice each time. For the odd repair, they have always sent someone within a day, which is fantastic service. Even when housing prices rose around us, our rent stayed low for a long period of time. Have been living in a property managed by Prolet for 5+ years. I have always found the staff to be polite, efficient and friendly. They are quick to deal with problems and use local qualified tradesmen when any problems arise. Having dealt with private landlords and letting agents for about 25 years now, both in London and Norwich, I would consider them to be amongst the best.

From the perspective of a student who used Prolet to live in a shared student house. I can honestly say that I had no issues with them whatsoever. They never bothered us and we never bothered them. Everything was smooth from moving in to moving out.

Review from a property owner. I was introduced to Prolet entirely by accident when my current property manager stood down to start a family. From day 1 their services have been exemplary. The seamless transition from my previous company to Prolet took place while I was 4000 miles away and continued for several years before I returned home and took back my property to live in. Once again, the take-over process was flawless and I found my property to be in great condition. Firstly, let’s talk about OTHER management options in Norwich: In previous years, before discovering Prolet, I had used other management companies. The first did not understand the market and allowed it to sit vacant for 8 months awaiting an unrealistic rent. A second conducted no inspections which resulted in a £4000 bathroom repair bill due to water damage. In addition, that company even stole rent by pretending that the property was vacant for a couple of months between tenancies. I believe he is now in jail. By contrast, Prolet used a professional photographer to market the property, was able to let the property each time within weeks or days of a tenant vacating, and kept me appraised of the property condition regularly with recommendations for repairs and maintenance. So impressed was I with Prolet’s services that 18 months later, when I was about to leave the country again, I got them back on-board to manage the property. Again, over the last 2 years they rented it quickly, managed it flawlessly, produced a monthly statement of accounts, kept me updated on the condition, and replaced a few major appliances that wore out. I honestly could not hope for more from them. Having read their previous reviews here I am surprised by some of the comments from renters. I was always notified within hours of any issues and was able to instruct Prolet by email of the action to take from the other side of the world. If tenants are suffering problems it is more likely an issue with the owner of the property not taking action rather than the management company. If you are like me, your rental property is probably one of your most valuable assets. If you want to chance handing over control of that to amateurs, then go somewhere else. If, however, you are looking for a premium service at exactly the same cost, then Prolet is where you need to go. Be it a new rental, or a take-over from an existing rental company that is underperforming for you, Prolet will have a solution. Call them.

Excellent agency!! I was a student tenant for a year with prolet and having had a bad experience with many agents previously I was worried prolet would be similar. They were in fact always very friendly, helpful and efficient with any issue big or small! They made every part of the move-in and move-out process (including a very fast deposit return time!) smooth and easy. I would 100% recommend them!!! Thanks prolet!!

Had a few viewing with these guys, the agent that showed us round seemed friendly and professional but the residents in one some of the houses we visited didnt know the agent was coming. Friends letting with them dont have positive things to say, but their fees are fairly low.
