We recently bought a house through Pymm & Co. Leon dealt with our matter and he was absolutely amazing throughout. As first time buyers we had no idea what to expect but he kept us updated regularly, explained everything to us in detail, and generally made the whole process as stress free as possible. Nothing was too much trouble and any he was happy to help us with any questions we had no matter what they were. We couldn't thank him enough and we even got a lovely welcome hamper when we collected the keys which we thought was a nice touch.

From start to finish our experience with Pymm & Co. Estate Agents has been great. The first initial meeting with Nico was informative but not pushy. We were happy to go with our no obligation quote on the day. Viewings were always organised with us in mind, and we were happy to do the few out of hours. Good experience throughout the selling process. The photography was true to reality unlike some of the 'stretched' images you often see on sales material. The team were always very responsive and accessible. I never had to chase for anything. Rachel was our main contact for the sale and was brilliant. Whenever we had a question, Rachel was very quick to provide an initial response, even if that was simply to advise that she was working on it and would get back to us. We really appreciated that level of engagement from Rachel. This really helped build our confidence and more importantly our trust in Rachel as our main contact at Pymm&Co. Looking for a property in Norwich I had many dealings with estate agents, some good, some awful. Alisha at Pymm and Co was by far the best, she got us into our new flat a couple of days ahead of the advertised date, did everything in her power to accommodate us and even chased the landlord for paperwork which was missing on a bank holiday. All the staff are really helpful courteous professionals, but I would like to particularly single out Andra Banks for going the extra mile in her customer focus; she- she always remembers me, is reassuring and consistently follows through on promises. What can I say! Leon is such a credit to Pymm & Co. We have been dealing with Pymm and Co since November 2020 after changing agencies, as we were not having much success with selling our house. Pymm & Co sold our house within two weeks of it being on the market.
