We have never dealt with estate agents as efficient and customer-orientated as Sowerbys in Norwich. They really restored our faith in the industry! From our first meeting with George, their manager/valuer, we knew we were in safe hands as he really listened to our requirements and then he personally guided us through what is usually a stressful process to make it as smooth as possible. Communication was excellent and George always went the extra mile to ensure that we had the right price and the right buyers for our property. The office team Sally and Fleur did an excellent job keeping me informed at all stages and kept my purchaser onside when my onward purchase fell through. Laura Bird from Sowerbys Holt was amazing in finding me a new property to buy and really helped with negotiations and sped the whole transaction process up.. Had the pleasure of Emma dealing with my sale. Great experience from start to finish. She was professional at all times yet has the knack of making you feel relaxed and she was always approachable when I had any queries. Calls were always returned which is a rarity nowadays. Yes, Sowerbys aren't the cheapest but they put in much more work than other agents and their good reputation is thoroughly deserved.

Superb team, superb service. Jonathon and his photographers did a fantastic job on the brochure, also getting the house not just into local papers but into national. His video of the house was tasteful and beautifully shot. Sally, Millie, Emma and Fleur were a delight to work with. Selling a house is stressful. Having viewings is stressful but this team made every step smooth and easy, from the viewings through to nudging the solicitors along, right to completion.
