I couldn't fault this company at all. I dealt with the Costessey office who were all very knowledgeable. First was a meeting with David (he valued the property) who gave sound advice and told us what to expect. The property was put on the market promptly and I was then in contact with Sam who gave regular updates and offered guidance when needed. Once the property had an offer I received regular updates from Natalie on the sales progression team. The whole team was very efficient always returned calls promptly, were attentive and knew what they were talking about. They made the whole process stress free and I always felt I was in 'safe hands'. I would have no hesitation in recommending Starkings & Watson. Thank you Costessey office.

Wow! We had found a house we loved and not even had our house on the market. Monday we had an offer accepted on our dream home (also sold by Starkings and Watson) by Wednesday the photographer was in ( it would have been Tuesday but I was at work), by Thursday it was on the market, by Friday morning we had a viewing booked and it was sold at 2pm that Friday afternoon. Natalie was a great go between for us driving hard for the completion date. She and the whole team from beginning to end were all very helpful, polite and supportive. Having not ever sold and purchased a house before, no question was a silly question. I would recommend Starkings and Watson - especially my photographer ... Mr Starkings himself. I was first attracted to Starkings and Watson by initially looking for properties online and seeing how good the properties they listed looked on the photos. From there I went to the website to find that everything that would be happening through the buying process I would have access to my own property file so I could check the progress of my property anytime I wanted and the fact they were local meant that I knew they knew the areas I wanted to move to well and would know exactly what I was looking for for my next home. From then meeting/speaking to the team to arrange my valuation and photos, I found it a very easy process and I was kept in constant contact throughout so I knew what was going on. I sold my property within a week of it going online and the staff arranged all the viewings to it was completely stress free. I am now I'm the process of finding my new home and the staff have been very helpful with constant contact with the progression of the sale and are providing me with new properties that are becoming available to make my search much easier. From start to finish the selling process took only seven weeks, and considering we lost two weeks to the Christmas and New Year's celebrations, it was a remarkably speedy transaction. My wife Yuki and I live not too far away from the Starkings and Watson offices in Costessey, and were able to meet Samuel Patrick, who impressed us with his honesty, drive and commitment...we had planned to visit at least two other agents before finalising our choice, but we more or less knew straight away that we had made the right selection and on leaving his office, felt no need to go to any other agent.
