I recently used Starkings and Watson to purchase my first home, and I fully rate their service, and links in the local community. Their processes are easy to understand, and well measured throughout. I was expertly ushered through the door by Carl, Lisa and Tyler who had the answers and context to my questions. I used help to buy to.....help to buy and the team were very well versed. Natalie helped my sale progress and was attentive to all the weird questions I had, and was very quick to reply and communicate any updates. All in all, they helped someone who knows nothing about buying a house, who was initially very tentative, get a lovely house. And now I'm writing this review from my lounge! We used Starkings & Watson to sell our house and I can honestly say that the service was exceptional from start to finish. All the staff were friendly, helpful, had a sense of humor and were fantastic communicators. There were a number of staff members we had a lot of dealings with, Oliver in the sales team, Carl in the sales team and Melissa in the after sales team and they were all brilliant. The sale was stressful and complex for a number of reasons (not S&W's fault) and Melissa was always helpful, professional and willing to listen to my frustrations over the 8 months we were in contact. Thank you Starkings and Watson and thank you for your charges being so fair and great value for money.

Brilliant service and extremely professional staff !! We chose Starkings & Watson to market our property out of a short list of three agents, how we made our choice was by calling all three agents several times at different times of the day over a six day week, we always got an answer from Starkings & Watsons, not always straight away but they never failed to call us back in a reasonable time, more than can be said for the other two. We wanted our potential buyers to have a good experience with the agent . We are very pleased with the service we received from Starkings & Watson, highly recommended. We recently bought a house through this agent and the experience was good. There is only one thing stopping me from giving 5 stars which is; we put in an offer at the same time as another potential person, during the offers stage we felt very unnecessarily pressured by the person handling this and left in the dark as to what was expected. Other than that the viewings with Oliver who is very friendly ( but not over the top like other agents) and helpful. Then the process after our offer was accepted. Catherine kept us well informed each week and was very helpful and friendly with any questions.
