We recently exchanged contracts on the sale of our home in Norfolk and were delighted with the service provided by Strutt & Parker. From the valuation (where Tom and Ian were thoroughly professional and had great insight to regional prices) to the viewings (where all S&P employees who participated were excellent) it was a genuinely positive experience throughout. Even though we had a buyer withdraw on the day of exchange, Ian moved quickly to remarket the property and attracted a number of viewers within days and we quickly found new buyers. We would have no hesitation in recommending Strutt & Parker to anyone looking to sell a property in the £1m+ bracket in Norfolk
