By far the best renting experience I have had in Norwich. Tiili are quick to resolve issues in the property, and are run by a friendly, approachable team who you can feel genuinely care about running a good service. I would absolutely rent with them again.

Graphic House rented through Tili has Great rooms and kitchen, with good amenities (dishwasher, tumbler dryer and washing machine)! Close to both Universities in Norwich and a really great location in the city being very close to the train station. I'd highly recommend using Tili if you're thinking about renting as a student, as the staff are very helpful and easy to reach out to if there is an issue.

The rooms are comfortable and convenient, love living here and feeling independent. It’s in a good place not far from University and town centre, also major supermarkets. The cleaners do a very good job and are always friendly, rest of the staff are polite and it’s good to see them respecting social distancing guidelines and wearing masks. Anything broken gets fixed fairly quickly.
