On meeting Daniel for the valuation, I found him respectful, honest, reasonable and enthusiastic, he listened to our needs and importantly he was realistic, not over estimating the value of the property. Once we placed the property with him his team kicked into action, photos, brochure all done in 2 days then a viewing on day 3, followed by many many more viewers. By the end of day 10, 4 offers and a sale confirmed. The team were so efficient and enthusiastic, knowledgeable and very polite, what more would you need from an estate agent and it hasn't stopped there, they are now in the process of chasing solicitors, surveyors etc. We are very very happy with Trett Phillips. Very friendly and professional service. Brochures were beautifully produced, with plenty of detail and the properties looked exactly as they were portrayed when we went to see them (no angles making places look much bigger etc.) As we were taken round properties we were given time to look carefully and questions were answered when needed. We had no reason to pay anyone and so cannot comment on value for money. Whenever we were told someone would ring back they did - often very promptly.

We recently had the opportunity to view a property near Stalham in Norfolk, marketed by Trett Phillips. Whilst we didn’t buy that particular property we had the pleasure of dealing with Hennie Gillam. We found Hennie to be a decent and honest agent. There was no pretence or hard sell and it was apparent that she listened to our questions and took the care to find the answers. I approached Trett and Phillips to sell my late fathers house in Stalham in January 2017. Opening 7 days a week and practising the latest online sales techniques they sold the property within 7 days.
