Where do I begin, Vario Estae Agents are everything you need rolled into one. Christina is totally devoted to making the whole buying and selling of your properties as easy, problem free as possible. A lovely, friendly, helpful agent. We felt totally confident with every inch of the sale of our property, fantastic detailed coverage of our property, fantastic photo's. And Christina dealt with all our viewings and was always at hand if we had any queries or questions. And to put the icing on the cake, Christina was completely on top of keeping us updated with the purchase of our new property. There wasn't anything too big or too small that Christina didn't sort out for us. We have found our forever home but we are constantly praising Vario Estate Agents and passing on their details to friends and family. What can I say about this amazing, devoted person who actively promotes the value of her customers. On no occasion does she promise more than she can deliver and in reality she over deliveries every time. Not only did we use Vario to sell a property Christina was also proactive in assisting our purchase of a different property. Christina is a truly wonderful advocate of her business which we are sure will continue to grow on the future. I originally got in touch with Christina as I wanted to sell our house. She was recommended by a friend. In the end, I decided to put our house out for letting so did not need Christina's services in selling. However, we became interested by a property on her portfolio which we ended up buying. So, interestingly, I experienced Vario's services much more as a buyer than a seller. This started with an outstanding listing including a video tour of the house where Christina described in real-time the potential of the house (as opposed to those videos showing impersonal 360 degrees views of separate rooms to an irritating ambiance music soundtrack – which look nice but does not tell you anything about the house) However, what most impressed me was how pro-active Christina was, both in liaising with the seller and in nudging along both parties’ solicitors. This greatly speeded up the transaction at a difficult time. During our house hunting, we had the opportunity to compare with numerous local estate agents and I can say that I would not trust anyone else than Christina if I had to sell my house. It is therefore without hesitation that I highly recommend Christina and Vario Estate Agents should you want to sell your house or buy a new one.

What a fantastic service. We needed to sell an elderly relative's property so she could go into care. Christina was so gentle and supportive with this process and ensured the least inconvenience and stress for the lady who was still living there. Sold quickly, sale progressed well and any time there was a potential delay Christina was on it straight away. I would very, very, highly recommend the service of Vario Estate Agents. You will get high quality, exemplary customer service driven, fully informed and well communicated support that other agents would likely charge an excessive premium to provide. Then they would still struggle to achieve Vario’s level. I was dealing with the sale of my Grandfather’s property following his death in 2020. At the time we had tenants living there and due to the challenges of the last year they remained there whilst the property was on the market. It was very important to me to find an agent that would be considerate of them as they were still in their home. I wanted to ensure they (and I) had a single point of contact for arrangements and that the sale wouldn’t be treated as just another house to sell. The service provided by Christina at Vario could not have been better. All my requirements and expectations were met and exceeded. They would have been anyway even if I hadn’t said what was needed from the start. Christina kept me informed every step of the way from first marketing to the handover of keys and completion of sale. There isn’t a single thing that could have been better. Even when I first called her to get an idea of what costs to expect whilst dealing with probate, she told me everything I needed to know and right from the beginning showed the type of service Vario would provide. In addition (for the dog lovers out there) the cherry on top when visiting the office is getting to meet Marley who is extremely cute and very welcoming. But he is not as interested in house sales, his knowledge is a bit wuff. You don’t need to look any further than Vario if you are looking to sell or buy a home.
