We chose to use Watsons to carry out the survey for our first home and could not have been more impressed with the service we received. Dave helped arrange the survey for us over the phone and was so helpful and kind. The customer service was second to none from booking a survey through to receiving the report. The survey itself was incredibly comprehensive and reasonably priced. We would highly recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them again should we require a surveyor in future.

Benji gave great customer service from the get go. Really patient and willing to explain the process from start to finish, supplied variety of quotes along with examples so we could see the difference - really helpful. Always cheerful and conversational on the phone, he's been a pleasure to deal with.

We asked for a report into a new house we are looking to purchase and Watsons were fantastic! They were friendly, clear and concise with the information we asked about as well as what they will do for us on our survey report. We booked them to do our survey report of which they did on the day and sent us a detailed report back.
