I have recently moved into a property managed by WJ Wooster. From the start of the search, to dealing with an issue, Wooster’s have been prompt, efficient and professional the whole way through. Regular and concise communication at all times, answering every question they were able and quick in gathering additional answers where they were unsure. The online portal is excellent providing all of the information you need including tracking your rent, key documentation, logging and tracking maintenance requests. I have dealt mostly with Will who has been friendly, courteous and helpful all the way through. I would highly recommend both tenants and Landlords.
