A. K.I recently contacted Anna having listened to her give advice on a podcast regarding selling your home. We have had over 70 viewings with no offers. Anna responded very quickly, unfortunately we live out of her area so could not engage her as our agent but she was willing to introduce us to a recommended local agent as well as offer specific advice regarding the staging of our home. Typically we then received an offer before we went any further but should this offer be withdrawn we will contact Anna immediately before placing our house back on the market and I feel confident we will find another buyer much more quickly.
E. M.As a buyer, you know that the seller's estate agent is there to represent the best interests of their client. We're used to them being polite, but treating me at best as a means to getting their commission with as little work as possible. Anna says that it's important to her that all parties have a positive experience, and we were very pleasantly surprised when everything she did along the way backed that up. It's no exaggeration to say that Anna did more to help us move house than our own estate agent. She treated us as real people, and treated the whole process with the care that demonstrated how much she understands that house moving is often a difficult and stressful process.
Anna kept in very regular contact to ensure we always knew what was going on - and she did this regarding both our sale and our purchase. She was willing and able to answer any question we had, and even offered us tips and advice on how to get the best out of our own agent and solicitor. She made herself available for multiple viewings and happily hunted down the answers to some very left field questions that we asked. It's no exaggeration to say that Anna's approach is so exceptional, that we didn't believe an estate agent that we hadn't contracted ourselves would ever work that hard to ensure we were looked after.
We really wanted to get our move done before Christmas, and as it approached it was looking increasingly unlikely. If Anna hadn't worked extremely hard to communicate with and coordinate between us, our sellers, both sets of solicitors and others, we have no doubt that we would have never been able to successfully to get in on the timeframe we needed.
If Anna worked that hard to help us, I can only imagine how hard she works to look after the interests of her paying clients. If you want to be more than a potential commission fee . If you want someone who will do everything she can to make your sale as painless and easy as possible. If you want someone who genuinely cares about doing a great job and getting the best deal she can for you, you should look no further than Anna Hart. We honestly couldn't recommend her highly enough.

Our initial apprehension in dealing with a small "new" agent were allayed within a few minutes of meeting Anna.
She listened to our goals and took time to fully understand our property and the uniqueness of the area we live. The brochures look great and her advice on house dressing was both informative and helpful.
