I am currently house hunting during a very busy and difficult time in the rental market. Subsequently I have spoken with almost every estate agent across Nottingham County in the last 4 weeks. Belvoir consistently stand out from the rest, they are fast, friendly, the viewings are professional and concise. But what really stood out to me is that Belvoir are the only estate agent that offer feedback if your application is rejected. During such a difficult time this is an extremely valuable thing for the renter and is definelty appreciated. 10/10 the best estate agent in Nottingham. Jimmy the manager especially went out of his way to provide feedback, thanks Jimmy!

Very nice agency and flat I received was really clean and there was some issues with its washing machine and sewer, after texting them, they instructed me to fix them quickly. Rented from this agency for 6.5 years at Cranbrook House Everything was good on the occasion there was something wrong with a flat they came out quickly and all requests met. Check out went ok and flat got deposit returned in full, so no complaints about anything. Would highly recommend using them.

I worked with Belvoir lettings to rent out our property. I found the experience to be pretty great from the beginning meeting the Managing Director Lloyd Rumbold personally who was extremely professional, helpful and above all seemingly honest in his approach to the stages involved. It was this reason that inspired me to decide to use them over and above other agents whom we were considering. Although it took longer to rent the property than we had hoped the communication with the agency was excellent. I always received responses to all questions, queries, emails and phone calls in a timely manner and notably all of the team such as Matthew, Jimmy and Sarah took an active role in successfully renting the property. It is rare to find organisations that act in this collective approach to solving customer issues and I really appreciated the feeling that all of them personally took ownership of everything they were individually being asked to do. I've been a tenant with Belvoir for the past 4 years. At the time when I moved in, I was dealing with the old management team and the service was alright but not always very responsive. I've enquired on several items in the flat and they just never got back to me for some of them. Since they've changed management in Dec 2014, it's been much better. The staff is nicer when you call and they respond to queries a bit faster and better. They've also offered great support on sensitive issues and are very much on the tenant's side as much as on the landlord's, they're very fair and definitely listen to their tenant. They have not been able to provide answers or assistance on a couple of minor things but I reckon those were just out of their control (for example communal building rules etc). They're very organised for visits and monitoring all that needs monitoring, so all in all, they offer a very good service. I'd definitely recommend renting with them.
