With the new property manager from Blue Property, finally the Hicking building is getting its long due issue solved! Since I moved in here I've been personally affected by mail theft (like probably everyone in the building) and finally they are making sure this will end! As well the garage door, an elevator and an emergency exit out of order for so long as been repaired. Well done!

I have nothing but praise for Blue Property Management. I have resided in a building under the care of the company for twelve years. As a new conversion there were several teething problems which were sorted effectively by Blue Property. The building has continued to be maintained to a high standard. Residents have been pro active, Blue Property following up on issues raised allowing for a partnership to form between residents and management company. This in turn has led to the beautiful building continuing to shine and be a great place to live. A company is really made up of its staff members. I have found the Blue Property staff, both office based and on site, to be professional, courteous, responsive, kind and efficient with excellent communication and humour, I thank them.

For 2 years of my tenancy with Blue Property Management, it has always been a smooth and effortless period. Handyman Steven is extremely helpful and knowledgeable with fixing stuff and advising on how to avoid such issues in the future. Simon Marlow was absolutely brilliant, understanding and patient throughout the later part of the tenancy, including vacation of the property, as for a first-time tenant this whole thing was quite overwhelming - he made it an effortless process. The overall service from Blue Property Management team was professional and responses were sent in a timely manner. I would have stayed a lot longer if it wasn't for commuting distance. If your new property is managed by Simon and Steve - you have absolutely nothing to worry about.

Hi I am leaving my review based on the area manager for St. George’s mill in Leicester Simon Marlow. Since Simon’s involvement with St. George’s mill I have found him to be very helpful, he always responds to my emails in a timely manner and has always tried to assist and offer support where he can. Before simons involvement, blue property would hardly ever contact you back, they didn’t seem concerned with lease holders needs. Simon has been very proactive with listening to the needs of lease holders and trying to support where he can. I am very impressed with the service I have had from Simon and I have the confidence that any further issues will be resolved by Simon.

The problems that occur on a day to day basis due to human activity in a building, can amount to a fair amount of work for them, pretty well every day. No building is trouble free. We have just had a new Account Manager to represent Blue Property Mangement UK Ltd., helping us manage our development of 23 houses/apartments in Nottinghamshire. Our new Account Manager is quick to respond to emails and calls from residents and Directors, has provided us with several quotes for jobs reported, and got Blue's contractors to carry out repairs quickly. Blue have also been most willing to accept our unusual way of working, where we source some of our regular contractors ourselves and send our invoices to Blue to deal with. The Accounts department have been most helpful in dealing with enquiries and sorting out accounting problems that we had been left in when we moved from our previous mangement company. They are always aproachable and efficient. I would highly recommend Blue Property Mangement UK Ltd. after seeing what poor mangement companies are like in past years.
