Head office has bad communication and long waiting lead times. However, Norbert (agent) is very helpful and proactive!

They have been nothing but helpful and incredibly professional. Easily the best experience I’ve ever had of a letting agency! Any issues have been acknowledged and resolved very quickly and communication has been clear and very fast - an experience I haven’t had with other agencies. Would highly recommend.

Had no problems and been very good. Had a few repairs issues but they always seem to get sorted quickly. The staff are always polite and give answers when I need to ask something. The standard of housing they have is also very high and much better than anywhere else I have seen . All the houses were clean and very tidy.

Clients like to know that I “eat my own dog food” so to speak! Every month my team finds, fixes and rents properties for me personally. I simply would not want to do this all by myself, the team I have around me do a much better job than I ever did and I get time to concentrate on other things.
