Frank Innes was recommended to me by a friend who had previously used them and they helped me in the selling of my grandfathers property. I first met the very helpful Will who went through the house selling process with me then other members of the Nottingham team took over and kept me regularly updated throughout the whole process, especially Emily Climpson who was fantastic. The team did all the work contacting solicitors back and forth and took away the stress and hassles of property selling. Overall a great experience and would definitely use again.

It took about 8 months to close on a deal that was devoid of the usual impediments, because the solicitors lingered around for way too long. Our sale turned out to be dogged with complications and took far longer than we were anticipating due to a problem buyer. I have used Frank Innes for 4 years for finding tenants for my rented flat and they have done a great job at keeping it fully occupied during that time. This year I decided to sell the flat and for many reasons it was a very complicated and difficult property to sell. I had 3 offers pretty soon after it went on the market which all fell through as sellers couldn’t get a mortgage on the property. The staff at Frank Innes didn’t give up or lose heart (as I did) they continued to market and promote the property and eventually found me a buyer. They also managed to get a mortgage for the buyer against all odds. I am so delighted with the service I received from the whole team. Helena Jones the manager is stupendous and a real professional. She was very committed to finding me a buyer and a pleasure to deal with. Jack Winfield did most of the viewing and handled one to one early negotiations with potential buyers. What a super star he is! He kept up communications with potential buyers out of hours and even on his day off. He kept me informed every step of the way and was always two steps ahead of me during the negotiations. A very professional and committed young man. Over the last few years, Kelly Ashurst has been my contact at the company and has directly managed the property for me in the most professional and conscientious manner. I am really impressed with her outstanding management style. This is very important to me as I live in another part of the country, far away from the rental property. Kelly inspires my confidence that any problem or issue that arises will be dealt with speedily and efficiently and that I will be kept informed throughout the process to its resolution. Also, Kelly’s advice has been invaluable in circumstances where I lack understanding of some of the processes or situations that can arise from renting a property or relating to tenants. Kelly has always been very sympathetic and understanding about any concerns I may have, happy to give detailed explanations without using company jargon, especially relating to formal documents, which makes a huge difference to my understanding. Her communication skills are second to none. Kelly has a confident and friendly telephone manner which always makes me feel she is enthusiastic about helping me. In addition to this, and most important to me, when she says she will do something she always keeps her word. I am delighted to write this review. From finding the right house to customer service, I have found the Frank Innes Nottingham branch extremely helpful. The staff at the Nottingham branch are polite and have aided us in finding a great place. They were very friendly and always replied e-mails and returned calls efficiently. Their service charges are reasonable and not extortionate like some of the other estate agencies I have dealt with. The only qualm I had is that I found the maintenance line difficult to reach and they were very slow and haven't gotten back to me since I contacted them. Fortunately, its a very minor issue! Overall, definitely a recommended service!
