We sold our property through Haarts the first weekend after putting it up on the market, after being with another agent for over 6 months. Whilst we agreed to also sell our property with that previous agent, once we had agreed a sale, there was over 4 months of numerous missed deadlines for various items (mainly from our previous buyer). We also felt there was a lack of interest about getting anything sorted or finding any new buyer with our previous agent and we felt we were the ones constant trying to push the process along/chase the buyer for items etc, so we re advertised with another agent (Haarts). Our experience here has been completely different. Suzanne was our contact for advertising our property. Suzanne helped us no end through the sale process and was always on hand to answer any questions we had. Whilst Haarts costs were £200-£300 more than our previous agent’s, I gladly pay it for the completely different service levels and support we have had. From advertising with Haarts to us actually moving house, has been approx 8 weeks and that is erring on the side of caution. I would highly recommend considering Haarts if you are thinking of buying or selling, or both.

I am currently purchasing a property through Haarts Estate agents. I must admit I initially thought all estate were pretty much the same. However as I am buying and selling through two different estate agents I have since changed my mind now that I can compare the two. Deborah at the Westbridgford branch, in Nottingham has been extremely helpful. She has given me good guidance, advise and has helped with navigating the chain. We are constantly in touch with each other and she has helped guide me with all sorts of problems. Especially with nudging the solicitors along which can be very frustrating. I didn’t realise how important it was to have a good estate agent on board during the buying process until now. I would highly recommend the branch & would definitely use them again. Also a mention to Sheila that does the house viewings for the branch, she is very friendly, patient and accommodating. DC Law, the solicitors recommended by Haart, were terrible, don't use them. Standard online website visit. An informative and comprehensive list of various properties throughout the price range to consider. The majority had enough information to answer any questions that might arise. The one I saw was advertised on a social media page after the use of location settings. This advertised building for sale did not have a lot of information and very few pictures and so wasn't so useful
