Almost 10 years ago, we decided to go with Haarts to manage our property for us, and they were absolutely great!! We had great quality of service from them. However, between 2019 & mid-2021, we had really terrible service. The employees were very unhelpful, neglected to manage the property well ( we actually had Bailiffs turn up at our door to collect for overdue payment that we didn't even know we owed!!). They delayed in responding to e-mails. We basically just felt really ignored and neglected. However, things seemed to have turn around for them. They have new staff, and we are now receiving the service we would expect from a good management agent. I would specifically like to mention Sean Doherty, Paviter Atwal & Scott Stennett. They have been super helpful, respond to e-mails almost immediately, keep me updated on what is happening with my property and I don't need to worry about my property anymore :)

Firstly, I must admit, I can be a difficult customer. I have no time for waffle or incompetence. For this reason, I chose to have Haart Nottingham sell my house. I first met Chris Banting when he came to value some flats I refurbished and within 5 seconds I could tell that he was the man for me. Estate Agents get a bad rap and I understand why but Chris at Haart is the real deal. The Monday following our Open House I received somewhere between 12 and 14 offers, mostly way above asking price. I took a cash offer and dealt with Nathan and Chris who progressed the deal with me. Although I did a lot of chasing and was very involved, probably due to my lack of patience, I was impressed by both Chris's and Nathan's competence. It's always going to be a bit tricky selling any property but whatever the property in Nottingham, I know who I'm using - regardless of what company Chris is working for at the time. So relieved that I chose Haart Estate Agents to sell my property and feel so lucky to have got Nathan to handle my sale through until the end! I was given an accurate valuation and was very pleased with the photographs that were taken and description that was written.
