Completely stress free and easy process for renting my first house with my partner. The standard of the property was great in general but the whole letting process was fast and efficient. With other agencies I have found their communication to be quite poor but this small family run agency was so attentive and transparent! Couldn’t recommend them more!

So far we have had a wonderful experience with MS estates. They are very responsive to both emails and phone calls. I have managed to speak to one of their members of staff every time I have called and they are happy to give advice. Booking a viewing was relatively hassle free and the process of signing contracts was also not complicated. There is quite a difference between other Ms Estates and other Estate agents such as Uni2rent who doesn’t answer emails and calls whatsoever and you must go to their office every time you want to speak to somebody to arrange a viewing or if you have a question. I cannot recommend MS Estates highly enough. Michael's knowledge of the local rental market is unparalleled. From the moment we signed our student tenancy they were wonderful! The most helpful agency when meeting our needs such as fixing issues promptly e.g. a broken toilet or allowing slight improvements to be made to the property e.g. fitting a television aerial. I rented a five-bed house in Lenton, Nottingham (2018-2019). MS-estates are incredibly landlords. Typical student landlords in this area are often money-grabbing and unfair, leaving students paying hundreds for homes unfit for habitation. It's very rare to have landlords who treat tenants with respect and kindness, but Michael and Satty and the rest of the team do exactly that. They responded to our queries clearly and speedily, ensure we were always informed of things, fix any issues we had with the house (although we only ever encountered minor issues such as requesting hooks be put up in the bathroom, fixing the burglar alarm and replacing the back garden step). The house was priced fairly considering it was well kept and decorated and they offered a bills included option which saves a lot of hassle for students. We couldn't recommend MS-Estates enough to students or other residents.
