Both Alec and Genette are experienced, professional and very responsive. When an issue arose it was dealt with very well. I have both bought from Prime and had a number of off the plan properties managed by their rental arm Sherwood Lettings. Whilst I recognise that the sales and letting process is never perfect I have found Prime and Matthew and Genette in particular to be honest, proactive, responsive and professional. As an international buyer I need a real estate partner who is flexible and responsive and who understands some of the limitations of living abroad - Prime have done this from day 1.

I have had a great experience from Prime Property Agents. Their service is free until such a time as you wish to remove a property form the market and proceed to purchase it. It is at this time only when you put your hand in your pocket. You have time to do your DD etc and remember, you can view any property before paying the finders fee, which is what I did. At least this way you can be sure they have proper access to that property and if they didn't let me view I would not have bought the house I did from them. I bought a discounted house in the North East which I have since turned into an HMO. It looks like they are now venturing into selling whole blocks of flats. I have spoken to a few of the people who work here like Jack, Matthew, Genette and James but my main contact has been with Matthew in sales who is a available every time I have called him including early morning and late at night. I have done well out of what they sold to me. Remember, they have been around for many years so they must be doing something right.

I have only used Prime Property Agents once in 2017 when I bought an off plan apartment in Nottingham. I had never bought a property before, let alone anything off plan and I was a very cautious investor. I dealt with Matthew and Genette through the whole process. They both took time to answer my questions, ensure what needed to be done i.e. when payments were to be made, what ID I needed to send in etc and I don't know if I was just lucky but I recently had the flat valued and it has gone up in price by just under 20% in around 18 months. I have also used their lettings company and at the moment I am getting £700 per month on a 2BED apartment which cost £104,999 off plan initially which is now worth £124,000. That's an 8% gross yield and an 18% price increase. There are a few agents selling similar deals and maybe I was lucky, but I will use them again once I am ready for another investment.

I have personally dealt with Prime Property Agents since 2014. I have dealt with Matthew and Genette in that time but have also spoken to other staff members throughout the years. I have purchased and completed on 4 properties in this time frame and am currently buying my 5th which is an off plan apartment in Nottingham. I have bought a mix of properties throughout the years as my strategy has changed over time. From a 6BED HMO in Doncaster to a show home property in Newcastle with a rental guarantee, they have sold me a wide range of properties. When my strategy changed and I wanted to sell the HMO I bought from them back in 2014, they even helped me sell that to another investor. I have also just started to use their Nottingham letting agent and I have no issues with them to date.

The purchasing process is very straight forward and there is someone there to assist you all the way through to completion. I would definitely use them again if investing further.

I have sold several properties through Prime Property Agents. Most agents are greedy and pretentious but these guys are really down to earth. I have been to their Nottingham office in the City Centre and met most of the team and they have made the process of selling properties an easy process. From a block of apartments worth over a million pounds to, an HMO, even down to a singe dwelling for less than 40k their service has been nothing short of 5 stars. If I ever need to sell something quickly, I will use these guys. Yes I could put the property on RM or Zoopla but it may take 6 months to sell. If I give a property to these guys, 90% of the time they get me an offer within 48 hours. I don't know how they can sell properties so quickly. I have not bought anything from them yet as I am in the process of downsizing my portfolio as I look to retire overseas.
