Matt is a star at managing our Nottingham apartments. Its not just him you get but you also get his full support team. His backup team are also great, with help and info and very quick responses times. I like this letting agency because the also think of the tenant and remind me of as a landlord of my obligations to them both legally and ethically. Additionally they follow up with monthly payments and email me with a full breakdown of all financial details.

We were very lucky to find our property rental with Sure Settings Nottingham as the service we received from Mat in particular was excellent. We loved the property but decided against it initially because the existing tenant advised we could only get internet and TV with BT. Mat made his own investigations and found this was not correct so we had a second viewing. He gave us plenty of time with him which is very important when choosing a property. Since then everything has been dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner and we are very happy. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Agency from a tenant's point of view and I would also think that a landlord would also be very pleased with the way things are dealt with.
