I've been completing EPC surveys for the several agents in and around Oxford for several years and Julie Calver at the Headington branch has recently brought the EPC renewal process up to date and so much more efficient. Key collections are organised and simple and all information is supplied to allow a simple booking process to access the properties.

Five stars for Ian and Saqib at Andrews in Headington. They were supportive and responsive from the outset, when Ian came to tell us about Andrews' services when we were thinking of selling our home, through to a post-completion phone call. In between, they were always swift to respond to any questions we had and kept both us and the buyers informed along the way. The electronic system used worked well for the booking of viewings and for receiving feedback about the house, but we also appreciated the added personal touch of the communications directly with Saqib and Ian, keeping us up to date. The fact that our home sold quickly helps to foster this rather rosy view, I'm sure, but it was certainly not the only factor leading me to leave a 5 star review.
