Naomi and Kate provided us with very professional service, excellent communication and are very punctual with a problem-solving attitude. Even when we encountered a small issue on the day of taking over our lease, they found solutions and were able to have us settled in our new place without stress. Hardly anyone cannot be impressed by Tanya at Carter Jonas Oxford and her extraordinary service. Had been looking for a new accommodation in Oxford for months, I was constantly disappointed by many local estate agencies. The Oxford property market is fast and furious. And after several years renting in Oxford, I knew that, above all, I needed an agent who wouldn't mess me around. The house (now my house) came on the market on Friday. I rang on Monday and couldn't get an appointment before Wednesday. Julia showed me around. I put an offer in 2 hours later - as had several other prospective purchasers. The next day, Julia and I spoke several times and by 6pm Thursday afternoon, my offer was accepted - which included a second viewing by me the following day just to be sure. After a very happy second viewing, I contacted a surveyor recommended by Julia and on Monday, lockdown happened. We all kept our nerve, Julia kept the conversation going (details of removal companies who were still working etc), and 6 weeks later, we exchanged and completed on the same day. Phew. From our initial meeting with Isabella, we knew we were in safe and capable hands and from the moment we instructed the sale, the whole team were fantastic from start to finish. The photographer took care and attention to get the best pics, Julianna from the team was constructive with presenting the property in its best light with many attributes and Isabella was committed to each and every house viewing. Her guide price was the price we achieved and we were of course, very pleased. The sale did fall through (unexpectedly) at one stage of the game, due to the purchaser not being able to get the lending they required, however as soon as this became apparent, the property was actively remarketed immediately and a second offer (for more) was secured within a day or two. The property sales team (particularly Isabella who managed our sale) and the property lettings team gave considerable time to visiting our property and another property that we are hoping to buy soon and gave us advise on property valuations and rental values to enable us to help make some decisions.
