N. B.As a review of this branch, I cannot fault the service I have received from both Michael in sales and Ben on the lettings side. Whilst I would not endorse Chancellors as a company, I have realised that all the issues and incompetence I have experienced come from their 'back office' or central teams. Luckily my contacts at the Botley branch are now my 'go to'. Having bought my first house from Michael in 2009, I subsequently let it through Chancellors in Botley too. Being honest, at the beginning the service I received wasn't great, but since Ben Stevens has been my contact, things have improved considerably. Both Ben and Michael are friendly, professional and incredibly responsive, both on the phone and on email. I am now working with them on selling my rented out property, and they have made a potentially complex process quite simple.
