I contacted Finders Keepers about letting a property they'd listed online and they were able to get me in to view it on the same day. Luke from Finders Keepers was incredibly responsive and helpful; there were a few complications with renting the property due to visa issues etc. but Luke and the other agents were patient and gave me ample time to work though everything. The property owners have been an absolute delight, and the flat has been lovingly maintained. When we had small issues with appliances upon arrival, the owners came over immediately to assist us. I couldn't have asked for a better letting experience, and would highly recommend working with Luke and the Finders Keepers agency!

I had a great experience with Finders Keepers North Oxford. They helped us to find a rental apartment quickly with a reasonable price. When we moved in, the apartment was in very good condition and clean under the management of them. During the stay in this year, when we have any issues for any appliances, their reporting system is easy to use and the issues will be solved by them quickly in next few working days. I am so thankful for the hard work of our property manager Gabriella. She has done a good job as a bridge between us and the landlord. She always responded quickly when we have sent her emails. I will highly recommend Finders Keepers to anyone who is looking for a rental house.
