Purchased and sold through Inspired Sales and Acquisitions. From the first viewing all the way through to final hurdles Craig from I.S&A was absolutely amazing. Every issue we encountered Craig was on it. Communication was brilliant and Craig was great at keeping the flow of the move ticking along and this is where I.S&A stand out from the crowd. We weren't given all the usual sales speel and I believe we achieved the best possible price for our property by far, while the buying process went smoothly right up until moving in/out day! As I was selling my property while living abroad, I was slightly nervous about how this could be achieved. However, from my first phone call with Maxine Allington at Inspired Sales, my fears were quickly dispelled. Maxine was courteous and profession and was more than ready to help in the process and could recommended a solicitor that they have worked with before. Very quickly the property was being advertised with clear, relevant and detailed information. Within a few days, potential buyers were being shown the property and within three weeks I had an offer that I could accept. There was some difficulty contacting the freehold owner, but here Maxine and her team excelled, using their contacts and eventually finding the owner in China. For me, the process went very smoothly from start to completion and this was significantly because of Maxine and the team at Inspired Sales.
