Really great company to work with, professional and helpful staff. Fast response in reporting any damages or issues as well as an easy process of moving in/out of our flat. I've had a mixed experience with JCP - securing the tenancy was quite difficult, with communication (at times) taking several phone calls and follow up e-mails. However, once in the property, JCP were extremely prompt in getting any problems sorted (slight mould, faulty heating). I have had a good experience with JCP and their lettings agent, Urfaan, thus far and would recommend them to anyone looking to rent in Oxford. As an international student, it was initially challenging getting a hold of Urfaan due to time differences and a busy period for the agency, but things progressed at a reasonable pace throughout. Urfaan was not only helpful but also kind and polite in all communications; be it over the phone, email, or in person. He even kindly offered to handover the keys outside of his usual schedule in order to accommodate me after a long overseas journey, which was really appreciated!
