R. I.I wrote to a few estate agents explaining what I was looking for and Morgan & Associates was one of the only ones to acknowledge my email. They were friendly and easy to talk to from the start, which was a great help as a first time buyer.
When I found a property I liked listed with them, they really helped me through the process and were careful to look after both the seller's and my interests.
The only (very small) criticism would be, that as they are a small company, the sales representative wasn't available either time I viewed the property, and the people who showed me around weren't able to answer many questions. But I was able to follow up on those things easily.
I would definitely recommend Morgan & Associates.
