Richard at Premier Lettings is one of the most efficient and helpful letting agents we have encountered in Oxford. He replied to all our mails within 1-3 hours, he sacrificed his lunch-time so that we can have a viewing the day after we contacted him the first time and even after making the agreement on the property he provided us with a second viewing so that we can make detailed plans on the furnishing of the apartment. Now that we have moved in, the property management team is taking care of all our minor difficulties that everyone encounters in the first couple of weeks, and all of our problems are dealt with within 0-1 day (thank you Luisa!). Excellent service, highly recommended!

We rented out our property with Premier for two years and - thereafter - put it up for sale with them. Throughout the rental, we were most impressed by the owner - Charlie - specifically by his professionalism throughout (regardless of the lack of diplomacy from my end, on occasion). This, I've come to find, is a very rare quality in any business in the current day and age. The property was tenanted with good people, well looked after and - bar a few glitches which were acknowledged, apologised for and resolved - we had no issues in the two years. We made sure to contact the tenants directly to ensure they were happy and were reassured by their positive responses. Any issues the tenants raised were dealt with extremely swiftly. When we came to sell the property, everything was carried out to the highest standard, the tenants were treated with due care and respect with regards to viewings and Premier did their best to sell it. When we decided to go to a multi agency approach, due to the slow-down in the property market, they worked collaboratively with the other agency. Not once did they try to make things difficult for us, especially since we were still renting through them and all viewings had to be organised with Premier. Once the property had sold, we still needed Premier's help on a couple of things, and despite no longer being compensated for the time, Charlie and the team still answered all questions quickly and professionally. Overall, we were happy, the tenants were happy and everyone felt cared for. Having numerous times been a tenant, a seller and a landlord, we would confidently recommend Premier.

we have a couple of houses that we let using Premier and after all that has happened over the past few months with increased fees, student fee bans they have stayed highly competitive and very professional through it all. they have always impressed myself and my partner with their quick response to issues and maintaining a professional manor, Charlie is always at the end of a phone for a chat and feels like he truly listens, so thank you and keep up the positive work as a lot of the larger estate agents in oxford do not go out of their way to help as much as you guys do !

Premier took good care of us for the year and a half that we were tenants of a property they managed. Our queries and issues were dealt with quite promptly, and they sorted out a couple of maintenance emergencies that we had, one even over Christmas. Fees are charged to tenants, which is normal in Oxford, but we paid a lot more in fees previously with another agency. Inventory and inspections were done properly, and they didn't rip us off at check-out.

Just a quick line to say thank you so much for repairing the bathroom light. I managed to return to a confortable life again, because a real estate agent who is Luisa sorted out this problem quickly. Also I know my landlord tried to repair it by himself and made an appointment for electrician before. As a result, the light works perfectly and I am happy with this flat. I've met some of estate agents and landlords in Korea and Japan, but this people are the most sympathetic people I've ever met. I greatly appreciate this person's and the landlord's help.

Letting a property with Premier was the best choice we could do. We had a special requirement for a pet friendly property and Premier did the best they could to help us finding the perfect place. Had a very time consuming and unpleasant experience receiving our deposit back. Premier passed onto us an extremely high deposit charge at the end of our tenancy, which came straight from a landlord email that Premier didn't question, involving double charges to the same item. After days of emailing back and fourth of common sense and questioning the charges, they were greatly reduced, unnecessary time and effort for all parties involved. It was then paid back late as well being paid short, which took further time to recoup. I put the situation down to a money grabbing landlord but would have been nice if Premier had put some customer interest in the tenants as we could have lost hundreds of pounds and also timely and correct deposit payment. Negotiation process was good. Professional Agents.

Proffessional and personal letting agency. Called them from abroad concerning an apartment. Charly offered me to make video viewing of the apartment within the same day! During the viewing he was very friendly and professional and answered all the questions I had. I recommend Tom Mizen (Residential Sales Manager) highly. He is very professional and really knows about selling houses. He has been an enormous help, all the way from our first discussion, to completion of the sale. In fact a period of over a year because there was so much to do in the house to bring it up to its optimum state for sale. I relied on him for his excellent advice and help in finding tradesmen for the many jobs needed around the house. When we came to discuss a selling price, I felt I could accept his recommended asking price as I knew he had thoroughly researched the local market. Within 5 days of my house appearing on the market he had achieved more than the asking price, So I am very satisfied!

I want to take this opportunity to say thank you to Premier. I lived under an agency at University and it wasn't a pleasant experience and lived in a property in another housing coop in Oxford for 4 years, let by RMA. They were pretty aweful... we had to phone several times to get anything done, important things were left for months (like broken heater in the winter) and the person looking after our property changed every couple of months, Premier has been a breath of fresh air. From the first couple of viewings with Hayley and then Jack I felt something different. You have always done everything we've asked within a week, and the folks sent out have always been friendly and efficient. I particularly want to commend: Hayley: she did our initial viewing and was so warm and down to earth I immediately felt comfortable, she has also dealt with several of the little things that have come up and has always been professional. Jack: He is such a genuine and kind hearted soul - something I have never felt from a professional before, been such a delight every time I have interacted with him. To all those who have sent out people and things when our home has needed them: Thank you for being on it, I have never had an agency before that has done everything needed, and done it quickly and effiently. I am also very impressed (it should be a legaly given right but lots of places don't do it) that you always give us 24 hours notice, and usually more, before coming to do any works or having any viewings of the property.
